Directions & Entering The Facility
Directions: From Briley Parkway, take the Elm Hill Pike exit and turn West (towards downtown). In 1.2 miles (0.6 miles past Hardee's), you will see our fenced campus on the left-hand side.
Entry to Property: Please use Gate 1 (under the US flag) for entry. Use the call box to have the gate opened for you. Once inside the gate, make an immediate left and follow the fence to the back corner of the building.
Parking: Park at Dock 1 and ring the doorbell for assistance. Our staff will be delighted to help you unload your documents and process your order.
Cost
Our walk-in and drop-off shredding service cost $3.00 per cubic foot (a cubic foot is a small banker's or copy box, approximately 10" x12" x15") with a $30 minimum per drop-off. Please call us for pricing on media or non-paper destruction.
Please note that we are a cash-free facility and can only accept credit and debit cards as payment.

No, these items are destroyed during the shredding process, and any of the small pieces are later removed at the recycling center as the shredded paper is moved over magnetic augers.

No, we charge by the number of cubic feet of paper as described above.
Yes, we will recycle your excess cardboard boxes. Feel free to bring them along for FREE recycling. We are committed to promoting sustainability alongside our secure shredding services.
In addition, to paper shredding, we also offer hard drive and media destruction, secure e-recycling, and product destruction. For more information about pricing, please give us a call at 615-242-9600.
Additionally, we offer secure destruction of old hard drives and computers (excluding monitors, cell phones, printers, fax machines, or copy machines). The entire shredding process is recorded on video and stored for 90 days. Rest assured that we prioritize recycling, and we'll provide you with a Certificate of Destruction.
