Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a full-time employee that will field calls and emails from our customers. You will focus on making changes to existing client accounts or orders as they request and will also sell services to new prospects contacting us. Ideal prospect should be reliable, be willing to serve the customer and their team with a smile, work well with others and always be looking to improve.
Job duties include taking incoming calls, processing client change orders, providing sales quotes, creating contracts, completing new client setup for phone and web sales, verify work orders from previous day and generating work orders for upcoming days.
Needs a firm background in Microsoft Office programs, proven customer service experience, strong phone skills, ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented, CRM/database experience a plus.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must Sign Confidentiality Agreement
- Must Submit to Drug Testing
- Must be able to pass a strict background test and credit report
- No piercings or tattoos exposed during work
- Company Uniform and ID are supplied and required at all times

Department: Route Operations
Reports to: Route Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a full-time employee for a driver position. Our drivers pick up paper and other types of media at our client’s offices and return them to the plant for processing. Ideal prospect should be reliable, be willing to serve the customer and their team with a smile, work well with others and always be looking to improve.
Our routes are within a 100-mile radius across middle Tennessee. Our hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm. The job will require lifting containers of 50lb or more on a daily basis. We offer competitive pay based on previous experience.
Job duties include preparing workorders and vehicle for the day by reviewing the assigned route and loading accordingly. You will be responsible for swapping or emptying consoles/bins and scanning them to the work orders and providing a receipt of all items to the customers at each location and uploading that information when back at the plant at the end of the daily route. Additional items such as boxes, product and computer equipment may also be collected throughout the day.
