Lisa Morrow is our business manager.  She has been with Richards & Richards almost 3 years has over 11 years experience in the records management industry.  She is married and lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and 2 daughters.

Lanita Sexton is executive assistant to Steve Richards.  She is a graduate of Belmont  University and has been with Richards & Richards for over a year now.   She was raised in northern Minnesota – moving to Nashville 13 years ago.   She now resides in the Cane Ridge area.

Bowman Richards is our account representative. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Bowman began working for the family business as a teenager and has literally grown up in the records industry.  He is married to Lauren Richards and they reside in the Bellevue area with their two dogs Ella and Hank. 

Andy Moon is our security consultant.  He is our most recent addition, but comes to us with 6 years experience in the records destruction industry.  He was raised in the Nashville area and currently resides in Mt. Juliet.  He is an avid Tennessee sports fan including UT and Titans.

Dale Anesi is our DataVault Manager.  He has been with Richards & Richards  for almost 5 years.  Prior to being with us, Dale worked for O’Neil Software, the leader in records management software and the center of our management system for 20 years.  Prior to that, he served 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a radio technician.

Melissa Bradley is our special projects manager.  She has been with Richards & Richards for 10 years.  She was born in South Carolina, but was raised here in Nashville.  She is a big supporter of Nashville sports including the Titans, Predators and Vanderbilt. 

Terri Armstrong is our destruction coordinator.  She has been with Richards & Richards for 5 years and has over 15 years experience in the  records management industry.  She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children in their sport activities.

Rachel Hutnik is a customer service representative and has been with Richards & Richards for 2 years.  She was born and raised in the Nashville area.  She is married to Mike and in her free time enjoys baking and cake decorating.

Terri Hardy is a customer service representative.   Originally from Alabama, she has lived in the Nashville area for the past 16 years.  She is married to her husband Justin and has 2 boys Chase and JT.  In her spare time she likes to read, listen to music, watch movies, camping, canoeing and swimming.

Steve attended Maplewood High School in Nashville and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Steve worked for several years for another local, family business, Armstrong Relocation, the area’s largest moving and storage company. Steve started Richards & Richards Office Records Management, Inc. in Nashville, TN in 1987 and serves as the President and CEO.

Steve has served twice on the Board of Directors of PRISM, Intl. (www.PrismIntl.org) the international trade organization for the records storage industry, and has served on the executive committee as the Board Secretary. He has headed numerous committees for the past 20 years and is a frequent speaker at the International Conference.

He is the only person to have served as the International Conference Chairman of PRISM International while simultaneously serving as the International Conference Chairman of ARMA International www.arma.org.

Steve has served in various capacities on the local, national and international levels of ARMA International (The Association of Records Managers and Administrators) which is primarily, an educational organization for records managers.
