Bowman Richards, CSDS

Vice President

Bowman Richards, Vice President has more than 10 years of records industry experience, demonstrated accomplishments and roles in operations, product management, sales and servicing. At Richards & Richards, Bowman began working for the family business as a teenager developing records management skills in storage, data protection and destruction. Most recently, he was an integral part in developing and launching our Scanning Solutions Division.

Bowman graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville where he met his wife Lauren Richards. Bowman and Lauren reside in the Bellevue area and recently welcomed the arrival of their first daughter Elizabeth “Joye” Richards. He enjoys spending time with his two girls and two dogs Ella and Hank. When Bowman isn’t spending time with his family or busy at work you can typically find him in the woods or on a lake hunting!

Andy Moon

Security Consultant

Andy Moon is our security consultant.  He has been a member of the Richards & Richards team for just over 3 years now. Andy honed his knowledge base working in the records destruction industry for over 10 years before his addition to our team.

Raised in the Nashville area, he currently resides in Mt. Juliet.  He is an avid Tennessee sports fan including UT, Predators and Titans.

Lanita Sexton

Executive Assistant

Lanita Sexton is executive assistant to Steve Richards.  She is a graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining the Richards & Richards team, she spent 8 years in network operations for the media industry. She has been with Richards & Richards for over 3 years now.   Raised in northern Minnesota, she moved to Nashville in 1996 and resides in Cane Ridge.

Jaclyn Bollinger

Sales Coordinator

Jaclyn Bollinger, a Chicago native, is Richards & Richards sales coordinator. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University and moved to Nashville shortly after graduation. Before working with Richards & Richards, she worked in interior design, sales and office management. She enjoys reading nonfiction, watching classic movies and spending time in the beautiful outdoors!
