Melissa Bradley

Special Projects Manager

Melissa Bradley is our special projects manager.  She has been with Richards & Richards since 1999.  She was born in South Carolina, but was raised here in Nashville.  She is a big supporter of Nashville sports including the Titans, Predators and Vanderbilt.

Terri Armstrong, CSDS

Destruction Manager

Terri Armstrong is our destruction coordinator.  She has been with Richards & Richards since 2004 and has over 17 years experience in the records management industry.  She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children in their sport activities.

Dale Anesi

DataVault Manager

Dale Anesi is our DataVault Manager.  He has been with Richards & Richards since 2005.  Prior to being with us, Dale worked for O’Neil Software, the leader in records management software and the center of our management system for 20 years.  Prior to that, he served 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a radio technician.

Lisa Morrow

Business Manager

Lisa Morrow is our business manager.  She has been with Richards & Richards since 2007 and has over 14 years of experience in the records management industry. She is married and lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and 2 daughters.

John Hooper

Records Center Manager

John Hooper was born in Nashville in 1969 and graduated from McGavock High School in 1988. John worked for various printing companies from 1988 thru 1996, after managing for 3 years, decided to open his own printing company from 1996-2006.  In 2006 John came to Richards & Richards. He was the evening shift manager for 2 years and has been the Record Center manager since that point. John has 2 children and enjoys spending time with them.  John also enjoys golf, basketball and all of the professional sports teams in Tennessee.

Tonya Watson

Cross Dock Manager

Tonya Watson is our Cross Dock Manager.  She has been with us since 2011 and comes to us with 13 years experience in logistics and the transportation industry.  She is married with two children and enjoys fun activities with her kids, supporting the Nashville Predators and traveling.
