Christine is a customer service representative. She is a graduate of Belmont  University and has been with Richards & Richards for over a year. She grew up in Murfreesboro and currently lives in Hermitage with her husband Zach.

Rebecca Stevens

Receptionist

Rebecca Stevens is our receptionist . This is her first year with Richards & Richards. She was born and raised in Mt. Juliet. She has been married to her husband Bobby for 6 years and they have one daughter, Maddie.

Julie Osgood

Customer Service

Julie Osgood is a customer service representative and has been with Richards & Richards since 2012. She is a graduate of Keen State with a Bachelor of Science in Graphics Design. With over 10 years of customer service experience, she is a valuable part of our team. Born and raised in the New England area, she joined Richards & Richards as soon as she made the move to Music City. She enjoys traveling to the Caribbean, watching football and fishing!
