How secure are your documents?
Your records are safer in our Storage Center than they are in your office. We have a 251,000-square-foot site near the heart of downtown Nashville. All entrances are secure at all times, visitors must be accompanied signing in and out, and our building is protected by state of the art fire, water and security systems.
Every employee, as a condition of employment, must submit to a thorough background check for every municipality they have resided for the previous seven (7) years. Additionally each employee must submit to an annual, random drug test and they must sign a confidentiality agreement, employment agreement and be fingerprinted by the Metro Police Department (for FBI and TBI clearance.) No other records management company in Nashville goes to this level regarding employee background checks and security.
Records Inventory Management - Your Way
You are not required to fill out or generate any paperwork to give us a new box, to request a box or file or to return a box or file. We are unique in this, every other records management company in Nashville requires paperwork from you to complete these tasks. If you want to tell us the destruction date of a box or other unique information about the box, we will accept that information and will enter it into our database free of charge in many cases. Other records management companies require you to fill out a New-Box form or several other forms to do business with them. You generate all of the paperwork to do business with them - none with us - unless you want to.
